Keeping Up With The Trends
In the business we are in we inevitably see a lot of new design trends come and go in home improvement. Some we are happy to see go (think popcorn textured ceilings or glass block showers) and some we are happy to see stand the test of time. Concrete is one of those materials that has been around forever and people keep finding new, innovative ways to use it. ATM went to Columbus recently to learn the best techniques for fabricating concrete counter-tops from some of the best in the field. This 2 day, hands-on, instruction course had us forming up outdoor and indoor kitchen tops using many different designs and colors. We are always trying to hone our craft and add to our skill-sets to bring a wide variety of options to the table when someone wants to do a major home renovation.
- Classic gray countertop with beveled edge.
- drop-in sink for a modern, sleek look.
- Almost completed outdoor kitchen top.
- Adding some color to the outdoor top.
- Black top with fiber-optic lights added.
